"I spent a lot of time shopping for a good infrared grill online and in stores in my area. I must have seriously looked at more than 20 different grills from $200 at the local retail store to over $5000 at a specialty store. After running across a video of the Napoleon Prestige 750 and read the great reviews I was sold. I wouldn't have found the Video if it weren't for AZ Grills. When I called them and told them I was interested in a Barbecue they asked me a few questions and then gave me a few suggestions. They really know their stuff when it comes to grills and sent me a link to that video I saw of the Napoleon. I have used it I'm guessing a little over 100 times, and it still works like it was brand new. I don't think I will ever have to buy one again but I do recommend it to my friends. "I got the Napoleon PRO500 grill and have had it a couple of months now and I have to say I love it. I haven't heard of Napoleon before but I'm not a barbecue professional either. I read some reviews and this one seemed to be one of the best buys out there for the money I wanted to spend. I was really surprised on how easy it was to put together compared to pretty much anything you buy and have to put together. The grill get hot really fast so you don't have to wait long. "AZ grills is the best ! they spent time to chat with me over several phone calls and didn't rush, or pressure me on anything. I think my grill was a little pricy but I'm not used to buying a really good grill and compared to other grills this one is made very well. I decided on a Beefeater stainless grill. This grill get's really really hot and searing is the best. I use it more than once a week and it has never failed me. It starts every time I use it. Love this grill" Janice
