This is BeefEater OEM Part Number 40168 (Natural Gas) or 40167 (Propane) depending on which option you select. This is an Orifice Conversion Kit for a Signature 3000 Series grill. Order one for each burner.

Details

Use this conversion kit to convert your BeefEater BBQ fuel source. Works for converting:

• Propane to Natural Gas
• Natural Gas to Propane

To convert from Propane to Natural Gas, all you have to do is change your orifices and then adjust your low setting on your valve. To adjust the low setting, pull the knob off the valve and look for a little hole in the face plates. There is a flat head screw about an inch deep in that hole that you'll need to turn counter clockwise a half turn. Repeat this for all of your valves.

To convert from Natural Gas to Propane, you need to change your orifices and adjust your low setting. Follow the instructions above to adjust your low setting, except carefully turn it a half turn clockwise instead.

If you don't adjust your low setting, your flame will go out on low when using Natural Gas or your low will be too high when using Propane.
